He has 25 years of experience in marketing, branding and messaging, working for international agencies and then with his own business. Roger has articulated propositions for several major payments brands and financial technology specialists and is highly familiar with the space and its opportunities. He enjoys the chance to help tell the dopay story at an exciting time in the company’s growth. He believes that dopay’s solutions can play a significant role in accelerating financial inclusion in the MENA region and beyond. Roger holds a master’s degree from Oxford University and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts. He is based in the UK.
Frans established dopay on the basis of 20 years of deep frontier banking expertise. He has an established track record in the payments business, having launched innovative payment solutions in different frontier markets. Frans built the automated clearing platform that handles inter-banking payment transactions in Egypt. He has also advised several Central Banks and postal organizations on their payments and financial inclusion strategies. Before beginning his entrepreneurial career, he held business development roles at ACI Worldwide and ING.
